NOT SOLD OUT: Babies I know I can still take more orders for are those from an anerythristic female X pinstripe tricolor hypo male which also has 50% chance of being het/anerythristic. A small female, "mom" greatly exceeded my expectations by double clutching and producing 18 eggs, all of which are good.
The results of the first clutch, which should hatch before July 1, should indicate whether or not the male IS het/anerythristic.
At a minimum, those babies will be double-het for ghost ($400/pr) AND linked to the highly desirable pinstripe and tricolor phases; IF the male IS het/anery, then I'll get some anerythristics that will be definitely het/hypo ($750/pr) and linked to the tricolor and pinstripe phases.

The following outlines most of the pairings I'm using this year, and the potential offspring. Please remember that some of these phenotypes and genotypes are already sold out:
FROM SNOW MALE:
--snow x double-het snow females to produce snows (males $2500; fem 1750), albinos het/anery ($1,000 ea), anerys het/albino ($1200/pr), and double hets ($500/pr);
--snow x hypo to produce triple hets ($800 ea)
--snow x tricolor hypo 67% chance het/anerythristic (will produce triple hets, and if female IS het/anery could produce anerythristics definite het for albino and hypo ($1,000)
FROM GHOST MALE:--ghost x double-het ghost, to produce ghosts (males $1500, fem $1250), hypos het/anery (tangerines 600 ea, tricolors $800 ea) and anerys het/hypo ($750/pr), and double hets ($400/pr);

FROM "RED TANGERINE" ALBINO MALE:--"red tangerine" albino x two tangerine het/albinos to produce albinos ($750 ea if like father, $500 ea if tricolor) and hets ($400/pr)

--pinstripe tricolor hypo possible het/anery x tricolor double-het ghost will produce hypos (add $50 to above prices) and het hypos both with 50% chance of being het/anery (hets 350/pr), and IF male is het/anery will produce anerys het/hypo and hypos and het/hypos with 67% chance of being het/anery
--pinstripe tricolor hypo possible het/anery x anerythristic female, (will produce double hets for ghost, and if male IS het/anery will also produce anerythristics het/hypo)
ORDERING: 25% deposits are required to place an order for types not yet hatched, establishing the "pecking order" to assure you the best possible specimens. Animals already hatched are taken off the market when payment is received. We welcome credit card payments. On some types where production is very low, we will take only "tentative" orders or merely keep a waiting list. No deposit is necessary to get on the waiting list and you have no obligation to take the animals if they are produced and offered to you in turn, but the waiting list helps keep people and their interests in order. That's our way of dealing with you as straightforwardly as possible. Animals are shipped only after shedding once and feeding at least twice.PRICING/WARRANTY: We match general market prices advertised by major breeders. We won't match others' prices for non-feeding or less well-marked or not-really-available or otherwise inferior specimens they might be advertising. We ship healthy, feeding snakes, and guarantee your satisfaction for 30 days.
To encourage advanced orders, which helps us plan the best pairings and create the most orderly selection process, I offer a 10% discount for orders placed with 25% deposit prior to March 1. About 40 percent of our anticipated production was spoken for as of March 1.
AND A FUTURE PROJECT:
Amelanistic ("albino") PYROS, Hypomelanistic PYROS, Hypoerythristic ("anerythristic") PYROS
We hope to produce a very few albinos and het/albinos and possibly hypos and het/hypos in 2002; we hope to produce some anerythristic and het/anerys in 2003, and, two to three years after that, to begin producing all the double- morphs including ghost, snow and hybino pyros. Most of these types are probably sold out through 2003, but you are welcome to add your name to a waiting list. Amelanistics ("albinos") are $2500 ea; het/albinos $2000/pr; hypomelanistics are $2000 ea; het/hypos $1500/pr. We haven't decided yet on our pricing on the hypoerythristics ("anerythristics"), much less the double-morphs, but those are still a ways away. We'll also be working to combine the hypoerythristic and "Applegate phase" morphs, which should produce a very distinctive phenotype. Let us know if you want to be added to those waiting lists.
